Once again, this text shows that our future, our life lies in our hands. It's up to us to decide what we want to do with it. We are neither good nor bad, we have both sides in us. It's up to us to decide what we want to live. Happiness is a decision, kindness is a decision, joy is a decision. Everyday, we live beautiful, awful, hard, neutral, and happy moments, it's up to us to choose what we want to remember, it's up to us to decide the colour, the main hue we want to be associated with each day, because sometimes events colour our days in black and that colour can be changed.

 

An old Cherokee teaches the facts of life to his grandson.
 
 - There is a fight going on inside you, he explains to the boy. A terrible fight between two wolves. One is bas: he's anger, envy, sadness, greed, regret, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, self-conceit, superiority and ego
. The other one is good: he's joy, peace, love, hope, serenity, humbleness, kindness, compassion, empathy, generosity, truth, and faith. The same fight is happening in you and inside everybody.

Le grandson considers this story for a minute then asks his grand-father:
 - Which wolf will win?

The old Cherokee simply answered:
 - The one you feed...
